Dear Friend,

“The principles of the spiritual life are embodied in everything that we do.  If we think they are not there, it is simply because we can’t see them or recognize them.”

My suggestion and a spiritual exercise to use, is to do your best in everything you do, say, think feel and how you act.  Do it for the good of the whole and to uplift.  Declare everything karma-less acts.
