Appreciation and Gratitude

Firstly, I would like to express how appreciative I am for you and have to have this opportunity to share some of what I am truly grateful for. I’ve said and say many times over, daily, that a “grateful heart flourishes.”

I didn’t really have to prepare-prepare for this message because I have so much to be grateful for, so all I am doing here is sharing. In one of my spiritual leadership classes, I learned that one must always be prepared internally and whatever needs to be said is up to the flow of the ECK, Divine Spirit.

What I am most grateful for at this time on my journey is my realization that God IS, and therefore, I AM. Believe me when I say that I have not fully reached being self-realized but I’m further along now than I was when I began my spiritual journey in earnest some years ago. I am grateful to be growing in the direction of acceptance…accepting what is.

I have learned more how to accept that my life is lived in cycles and I am grateful for the cycle that I am at this very moment. As we speak, I am experiencing a certain amount of calmness in my life that I’ve never really, really had before. I am creating more harmony in my world and I feel a sense of well-being. I am also acutely aware that this too shall past, until the next cycle comes.

I am also grateful for my growth in the area that I am what I am, that I will always be that which I am with as much grace as I can at this moment and time. For me, being in a state of gratitude and appreciation means that gratitude leads me away from the darkness of complicated need and leads me into the light of simple abundance. Today, in this moment, I can truly declare that my life, in all its ups and downs, ebbs and flow, is simply abundant.

A few years ago, I read on a T-shirt somebody was wearing that said, “Live life simply and let others simply love.” I am grateful for this forum and spiritual networks and other venues and avenues that I am free to allow others to simply live as Soul and simply love and just be…

“God is good, God is gracious and God is generous. I am grateful for the gift of another day because I know, rain or shine, my day will unfold in blessings too bountiful to count.” This is in my heart and on my lips each waking moment of every day, no matter what. I’d like to thank and honor all Souls that are living examples of what Divine Spirit and Love is all about.

Feelings Can Protect Us…

“In an experiment, some human placenta DNA was placed in a container from which they could measure changes in the DNA. Twenty-eight vials of DNA were given to 28 trained researchers. Each researcher had been trained how to generate and FEEL feelings, and they each had strong emotions.

What was discovered was that the DNA changed its shape according to the FEELINGS of the researchers.

1. When the researchers FELT gratitude, love and appreciation, the DNA responded by RELAXING and the strands unwound, the length of the DNA become longer.

2. When the researchers FELT anger, fear, frustration or stress, the DNA responded by TIGHTENING UP. It became shorter and SWITCHED OFF many DNA codes. If you have ever felt “shutdown” negative emotions, you know your body was equally shutdown too.

The shutdown of the DNA codes was reversed and the codes were switched back on again when feelings of LOVE, JOY, GRATITUDE and APPRECIATION were felt by the researchers.

This experiment was later followed up by testing HIV positive patients and they discovered that feelings of LOVE, GRATITUDE AND APPRECIATION created 300,000 times the resistance they had without those feelings.

Here is an answer to what can help you stay physically, emotionally, environmentally well, no matter what dreadful virus, bacteria, or whatever may be floating around. STAY in feelings of GRATITUDE, JOY, LOVE and APPRECIATION!”

These emotional changes went beyond the effects of electro-magnetics. People trained and practice DEEP LOVE can change the shape of their DNA. Gregg Braden, author of “The God Code” says, ‘This illustrates anew recognized form of energy that connects all of creation.” This energy appears to be a tightly woven web that connects all matter. Essentially, we are able to influence this web of creation through our vibration.

What do the results of these experiments have to do with our present situation? A grateful heart flourishes and we have the ability to choose how to stay healthy and safe and unencumbered, no matter what else is happening.

I have come to the realization that I won’t be joining SAG or AFTRA after all. I thought that would be one of my goals to reach, but the reality is that perhaps it’s not for me, especially at present.

I was way out of balance yesterday after being told that I was booked for an episode of ER, and then later informed that I had been cut from the list. Knowing that I create all things that occur in my life experience, it became clear to me why this occurred for me. See, I recall that I had negative comments about my Call-In service that booked me for TV shows and movies, and voiced them… What goes around comes around, Karma… After taking full responsibility for this, I released it and surrendered it and immediately felt much better and chalked it up as “lesson learned.”

I did get an interview with CBS for an upcoming show for next week! I should adhere to the Universal Law of Science about that. But you know how we (humans) are, ego and all that…

A way to heal oneself beginds with a spiritual exercise. At bedtime, sing an ancient name for God, HU (or pray, chant or meditate) for five to ten minutes.

A spiritual exercise promotes movement of the inner consciousness and is simply to open a channel between yourself and Divine spirit.

When you begin practicing the exercises, Divine Spirit enters and you become more independent, thoughtful, self-motivated. It will allow you, if you allow IT, to move toward taking that first step toward discipline and self-mastery.
